As a stalwart on the Chicago local music scene, Troy has manifested a musical palette symbolic of his astrological sign: Gemini, showcasing his overall sound through both an 'electric' and 'acoustic' foundation. Until the recent births of his new bands 'The Last Dark Show' and 'Revolutions in Whispers,' Troy had released all material since 1999 under his first name. "My vision doesn't see limits nor shall the vehicle."

Generally labeled Alternative/Indie/Rock/Pop, troy's minimalist approach refines each song drawing you further amongst different sub-genres. Painting pictures of isolation, love and the struggles of the human spirit, troy evinces a strong emotional quality and sense of honesty that is not so often found in mainstream arenas.

A handful of albums and a decade later, Troy is expanding that vision even more in "The Last Dark Show."  With long time drummer Jay Will and new guitarist Kent VDK, Troy has a collaborative intention in mind.  The album 'True Love Maze" was released in the Spring of 2011 capturing a heavier, more dynamically infused medium than in past releases.

Troy is currently working on an acoustic album titled “Fairytale Pen.”  It will feature a collection of old and new material showcased in his stripped down soul-bearing fashion due out in the Spring of 2012.

2012 has this ‘gemini’ in mind, in the studio and both on stage solo and creating a new universe with The Last Dark Show.
